We offer a country-specific catalog to save on shipping and customs fees, and users can decide to build custom packages for their teams or let their employees choose their equipment. As soon as you make a purchase, you can track the device from your dashboard until it arrives at its destination.

To request a retrieval from an employee, go to their profile and select the device that you want to recover. You will be given a prompt to explain why you are recovering the device, and once it is filled out, the retrieval order will be placed. You will then want to go to your inventory from the navigation bar. From there, you will see all your devices with their current statuses. The device you designated for retrieval will be given the "processing" status.

GroWrk’s Mobile Device Management (MDM) software allows IT teams to pre-configure devices with any software requirements before they ship, ensuring they are work-ready from the moment they are unboxed.

How does it work?
Import teams and integrate with your HRIS
From the dashboard, you can go to the teams option on your left side navigation and import your teams either manually or by uploading a CSV file. If you have an HRIS software that you want to integrate with GroWrk, you will need to go to the Integrations tab and connect your HRIS in a couple of seconds. In this example, we have BambooHR. Once you integrate your HRIS, you can automatically import your workforce into the GroWrk platform.
Upload your current inventory
Uploading your current inventory is a similar process. You select inventory from the left navigation bar, and you can upload all your assets either through a CSV file or by filling out a form. Once your equipment is within the platform, you can decide if you want it stored in a GroWrk warehouse or your current storage setup.
Purchase new inventory
When you are ready to procure new equipment, create a custom catalog from your navigation bar. This feature will allow you to develop country-specific equipment catalogs. Whenever you need to purchase new devices for your team, you will only see the ones available in the catalog you created for their region. Once you make your catalog, you can go to the purchase inventory option in your navigation bar and select which devices you want to procure and the quantity you wish to add. You can also procure equipment directly for an employee by visiting their profile.
Configure/enroll new devices in MDM
From your navigation bar, you will see two options under device management at the bottom. From there, you can choose the "MDM setup" option and configure your MDM setup depending on which device you use. Then click "Add devices," and you will get a link to install your MDM on each device. Once you have installed your MDM, the device will appear in that same tab, and you can perform remote command options.
