Azure, Google Workspace, and Oomnitza join the GroWrk Ecosystem along with BambooHR

We recently added Azure, Google Workspace, Oomnitza, and BambooHR to the GroWrk Dashboard's available integrations.

Let’s break down what’s new in the GroWrk platform.





Azure is one of the most popular cloud services worldwide. Microsoft released it in 2010 and has become a major player among cloud computing platforms. According to Statista, almost 56% of organizations worldwide use Microsoft Azure for cloud services.

Azure is a cloud platform with over 200 products designed to help organizations bring new solutions to life. Its core solutions include Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS) that can be used for services such as analytics, virtual computing, storage, networking, and more. Companies that use Azure often have employees spread out across the globe to manage their applications.

GroWrk’s integration with Azure allows you to onboard and offboard team members from your Azure network, regardless of where they are located, in just a few clicks. Their information is automatically imported into the GroWrk Dashboard so that you can save time in an otherwise long manual process.

Google Workspace


With over 9 million paying organizations using its services, Google Workspace is one of the largest solutions in the corporate world. Many companies rely on Google Workspace to build their database, storing important staff data like email addresses, locations, and hardware usage.

Google Workspace is built for team collaboration, adding customization, integration, security measures, and storage space essential for daily operations. Workspace provides emails for businesses and includes Google’s well-known collaboration tools like Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, and more.

With GroWrk’s Google Workspace integration, customers sync their Workspace to our platform, and all their employees are automatically imported. When new employees join, they receive their work email address and a GroWrk account. With this integration, you can cut hours off your company’s onboarding process and avoid manually uploading each employee.





Oomnitza's Enterprise Technology Management solution enables IT teams to automate asset workflows across multiple technologies. This includes secure offboarding, streamlined onboarding, procurement forecasting, SaaS lifecycle management, and other critical IT workflows.

Establishing reliable IT procurement and lifecycle processes is essential for many multinational corporations. Oomnitza often serves as the central hub for these processes. However, inventory management or device acquisitions can be challenging on a global scale, requiring to manage multiple vendors in the same platform.

With Oomnitza's integration, GroWrk users can now directly import their team from Oomnitza into our dashboard and start procuring equipment or scheduling retrievals in seconds. Everything is then synced back to Oomnitza.





The story behind the BambooHR integration goes back to when we onboarded Typeform as a client. The Typeform team used it as their HR system, so they wanted to automate importing employee data into GroWrk’s platform as much as possible.

In the words of Alex Maguire, Typeform’s Senior IT Support Engineer, offering this integration was a key factor in deciding to go with GroWrk’s services.

“During our initial chats with GroWrk, we expressed the need for the platform to integrate with BambooHR, which was not available at the time. However, your product team and engineers created the integration for us. That was key. We did not want to import all 320 employees manually, so having a connection to BambooHR was essential,” Alex recalls.

Now, any company that needs to connect its BambooHR account to GroWrk can do it in seconds. All employee data gets imported into our Dashboard, and you can easily track onboarding and offboarding from both platforms. 


New Product Feature: Enhanced Filters for integrations


At GroWrk, we are continuously improving our platform to better meet our clients' needs. Our latest product feature is enhanced filtering options for existing and new integrations. 

This feature allows users to customize the data they want to sync by selecting or excluding specific countries and teams. This way, users can easily manage information specific to their desired criteria, making their integration workflow even more efficient.
