Use the GroWrk Marketplace to manage all purchase orders

Coming soon on the platform, the GroWrk Marketplace will be your single destination for all hardware purchases across your organization. Whether you're ordering for a specific employee, stocking up inventory, or equipping an office, Marketplace brings it all together in one streamlined experience with real-time pricing. No more requesting quotes!

You can filter product listings by technical specs, save your preferred configurations, or submit custom requests when you can’t find what you need. It’s the fastest, most flexible way to source devices globally, without jumping between workflows.

From the Marketplace, you can:

• Place orders for Inventory, Offices, or Employees

• Filter products by type, spec, or manufacturer

• Save spec preferences for recurring product types

• Submit a Custom Request if you can’t find what you need

• Get real-time quotes and track order progress from checkout to delivery

How to access the Marketplace

You can open the Marketplace from the Marketplace tab in the navigation bar, or through the following pages:

• Purchase for Employee:

  • Employee profile

  • Teams page

  • Home page

• Purchase for Inventory:

  • Inventory page

  • Home page

• Office Purchase:

  • Offices page

  • Office Inventory page

  • Home page

Placing an order in the Marketplace

1. Select a purchase type (Employee, Inventory, or Office).

   • If you select Inventory, choose a region.

   • If you select Employee or Office, select the specific employee or office.

2. Use filters or the search bar to narrow product results.

   • Results update dynamically as filters are applied.

3. To apply saved specs, toggle Specs Preferences on.

   • You can clear filters using the Clear All button or toggle.

4. Select a product to view its details, then click Add to Cart.

5. When ready, click the shopping cart icon to review your items.

6. In the cart:

   • Click Get Quote to view a detailed summary.

   • For employee purchases, toggle Temporary Address to add a custom shipping address.

   • Click Checkout to place the order.

7. You’ll receive a confirmation. You can view and track orders from the Orders page.

Saving and applying spec preferences

To streamline future orders, you can configure and save preferred specs for different product types:

1. In the Marketplace, click Configure Preferences.

2. Select a product type, then use the checkboxes to choose your preferred specs.

3. Repeat this for as many product types as needed.

4. Click Save.

To apply your saved preferences:

• Toggle Specs Preferences ON in the Marketplace

• Products displayed will now reflect your saved configurations

Submitting a Custom Request

Can’t find the product you need? Submit a Custom Request with your exact requirements, and GroWrk will find the best match.

1. In the bottom-right corner of the Marketplace, click Request Product

2. On the Custom Requests page, select a product type

3. Choose a listed brand, or select Other and enter your preferred brand

4. Enter your preferred specs

5. Select up to five regions where you need this product

6. Submit your request

GroWrk will review your specs and search for the best available match.

Approving product suggestions

Once a match is found:

1. The product will be marked Pending Approval

2. Click See Details to view full specs

3. Review the suggestion and click Approve and Add to add it to your Marketplace

4. Once added, the product will be marked as Added and can be purchased like any other item
