About the role 

GroWrk is in search of a senior Frontend Developer to lead the frontend development of our inventory management web application. This fully remote, location-agnostic role involves utilizing JavaScript, TypeScript, SASS, and VueJs within the Nuxt framework to develop and enhance our clients' management dashboard. The ideal candidate will ensure the dashboard is scalable, stable, and maintains high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and testing of UI for mobile and web applications.
• Construct and maintain reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Translate complex user and business needs into functional frontend code.
• Produce clean, efficient code for the front end.
• Champion best practices in web development to streamline our development and testing processes.
• Direct the design and creation of scalable software solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs or other coding issues.
• Collaborate with lead engineers and product managers to ideate and refine software solutions.
• Ensure the implementation of visually appealing and functional designs for the front end of applications.

What you need to bring

• Proven growth mindset, continuously seeking innovative solutions.
• At least 3 years of experience with front-end technologies, including unit testing and end-to-end testing frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript, Vue.js or React, and CSS frameworks like Tailwind, SASS, or SCSS.
• Demonstrated ability to consume REST APIs and work with Node.js.
• Extensive experience in cloud-based environments, particularly GCP.
• Experience with Firebase Hosting and delivering software within a Scrum or Agile development process.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as GitLab and Miro.
• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and Big O notation.
• Basic knowledge of databases, HTTP, and serverless services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
