About the role 

The End of Life Services Associate at GroWrk Remote will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of IT assets for our customers once they have reached the end of their useful life.

The ideal candidate should have experience in IT asset disposition, recycling, or similar fields.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate buyback, destruction, recycling, and donation services for customers' end-of-life IT assets.
• Generate quotes and proposals for EOL services, detailing costs, timelines, and service breakdowns.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and legal standards.
• Address client concerns and collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational challenges.
• Provide regular reports on EOL project statuses, including financial performance and client satisfaction.
• Review and align service in the regions (Onboard new partners, evaluate them, improve pricing and services)
• Identify new business opportunities within existing client bases and through prospecting.

What you need to bring

• Experience in Purchases, Logistics, or supply chain management
• Experience in sales or business development within the IT asset disposition industry is a plus.
• Experience in IT asset disposition, recycling, or related fields is a plus
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance standards.
• Background in logistics or supply chain management.
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems.
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Customer-focused mindset and collaborative skills.

Timezone

This position is expected to work in Eastern or Central Standard Time.
