About the role 

The Demand Generation Marketer at GroWrk is responsible for driving the strategic and tactical management of our demand generation roadmap.

This role is heavily leaning into digital channels, you will need to have experience with PPC, paid social, and email marketing.

We are a small and fully remote team across 3 continents, you will need to be comfortable working autonomously and across time zones.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end ownership of the multi-channel demand generation strategy, inclusive of paid acquisition channels
  • Ideate and create paid ads and social copy, email, and landing pages as well as sales enablement materials
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to understand their objectives, report on demand generation efforts, and support their pipeline generation efforts
  • Develop a strong understanding of our ideal customer profile, business process and how we drive value to our customers and prospects
  • Responsible for campaign ideation, development, execution, and reporting to drive profitable business growth
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure our demand generation efforts complement and supplement content and SEO strategies

What you need to bring

  • 3+ years of experience in a B2B Demand Generation role (SaaS experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of paid media tactics, digital marketing strategies, marketing automation, email marketing, and lead management.
  • Excellent practical knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics and HubSpot.
  • Experience in Marketing Automation platforms and CRM systems (Hubspot preferred).
  • Proficiency in data-driven growth strategies, analytics tools, and a strong customer empathy mindset.
  • The ability to thrive in a fully remote environment.
  • A strong sense of ownership and initiative. Curiosity, flexibility, and autonomy in managing projects from conception to completion.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English (Proficiency at C1/2)
