About the role 

You'll be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing complex sales cycles and building relationships with enterprise clients. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams like Marketing and Customer Success to assess market trends and identify business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex, high-value sales cycles.
  • Develop relationships with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Create tailored proposals and business cases. Lead negotiations.
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for enterprise accounts.
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and updates within the CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing and customer success teams to ensure client needs are met.
What you need to bring
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level sales, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • Proven track record of closing >$20k ARR deals.
  • Experience selling to IT Managers, CIOs, and CTOs.
  • Expertise in consultative selling and negotiation.
  • Tools: CRMs (preferably Hubspot)

Timezone

  • Ideally US based. Work must be undertaken in US timezones.
