About the role 

As an Account Executive, you’ll be at the front lines of our growth, helping small businesses modernize and scale their remote operations worldwide.

This is a great opportunity for someone starting their journey in sales or 2 years as an SDR looking to take the next step into a closing role. You’ll qualify inbound leads, run full-cycle sales motions for SMB customers, and proactively source new opportunities through outbound prospecting.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify Inbound Leads: Respond to and convert inbound interest into discovery calls and opportunities.
  • Run SMB Full-Cycle Deals: Own the sales process from discovery to close for smaller accounts.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Research, target, and reach out to new potential customers through phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Book & Run Demos: Deliver compelling product demos that tie our platform’s value to customer needs.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with sales engineers, customer success, and marketing to ensure a smooth handoff and excellent customer experience.
  • Maintain Your Pipeline: Use our CRM (HubSpot) to track activity, forecast accurately, and stay organized.

What you need to bring

  • 1+ year of experience in a B2B sales or 2+ in a SDR role
  • Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound motions
  • Eager to grow into a full-cycle closing role and develop sales skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot platforms, and email automation tools (e.g. MixMax, Outreach)
  • Comfortable managing high activity levels
  • Curious, adaptable, and coachable with a team-first attitude

  • Aspiring Closer: You’ve had success generating pipeline and are ready to own deals end-to-end.
  • Curious & Coachable: You ask great questions, love learning, and are eager to sharpen your sales skills.
  • Process-Oriented: You manage your time, pipeline, and follow-up efficiently and independently.
  • Customer-Centric Communicator: You listen closely, speak clearly, and can simplify complex ideas.
  • Resilient & Driven: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and don’t mind hearing “no” on the way to “yes.”
  • Familiarity with SaaS, IT, or hardware procurement industries
