About Orium

Orium (formerly MyPlanet) is a software studio with a global presence specializing in creating digital experience platforms using best-in-class technology to support seamless, data-informed journeys. Based in Toronto, Orium has experienced high growth and sought to tap into the Latin American talent pool.

 

The problem

Orium moved from a remote-friendly to a remote-first policy. They further wanted to scale fast and benefit from opening their talent pool outside of Canada. Looking to Latin America for talent, they faced the challenge of providing equipment to their new hires fast and reliably.
