About the role 

The Finance, Payments, and Accounts Assistant position at GroWrk Remote will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, analyzing financial data, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail and proficiency in financial and accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Recording and analyzing financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Providing administrative support including data entry, filing, and email correspondence.
• Reviewing partner invoices and preparing disbursements.
• Generating financial reports and summaries for analysis.
• Maintaining internal accounting ledgers and reconciling statements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (strong preference); other related degrees may be considered with relevant experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting or related fields.
• Proficiency in financial and accounting systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, Bill.com).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
• Accounts Payable experience in a multi-country or international environment.
• Familiarity with remote finance workflows and tools is a plus.

Timezone

• Location: Latam or Philippines
• Working schedule: CST time 9am to 6pm
