About the role 

The Pricing Analyst at GroWrk will be responsible for the analysis, evaluation, and management of supplier offers for current and potential customers. The ideal candidate should have experience in pricing management

In this role, you will be responsible for creating accurate quotations for a variety of goods and services. Additionally, you will play a vital role in facilitating communication between sales and purchasing teams, and ensuring that we consistently obtain the best value for quality products and services.

Responsibilities

Provide precise price quotations

• Analyze quotations, evaluating offers based on quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Verify and validate proposals, ensuring they align with the selected supplier's offerings.
• Create and maintain quotation forms, tables, and purchase orders in response to requests for goods and services.

Collaboration and Communication

• Act as a liaison between sales and purchase teams, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration.
• Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on procurement documents and ensure a seamless workflow.

Reporting

• Prepare comprehensive reports on various aspects related to quotations, purchases, and supplies.
• Maintain updated cost data on the platform, ensuring accuracy and reliability.

Performance Metrics

• Meet quarterly metrics, demonstrating efficiency and accuracy in pricing processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 2 years of experience in pricing and quoting. Including forwarding, vendor management, and handling ERP-based purchase orders (POs).
• Analytical mindset with strong quantitative skills.
• Problem-solving abilities, innovative thinking, and sound decision-making skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively and meet deadlines.
• Proactive approach and strategic thinking, anticipating challenges and proactively seeking solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in pricing positions in IT asset companies.

Timezone

• This role will be required to work in US timezones
