About the role 

The Pricing Support Analyst at GroWrk Remote will play a key role in analyzing, managing, and updating pricing data for both goods and services. This role involves collaborating closely with the pricing, sales, and purchasing teams to ensure accuracy and competitiveness in quotations. Additionally, the Analyst will oversee platform updates, maintain client-specific catalogs, and produce tailored quotations for clients and special requests. This position offers valuable experience in pricing operations, supplier management, and platform optimization, with opportunities for professional growth in the field of pricing strategy.

Responsibilities

Price Quotations and Catalog Management

• Prepare accurate and timely price quotations for goods and services, tailored to client requirements.
• Manage and update client-specific catalogs, ensuring products and services are accurately priced and aligned with client needs.
• Generate and maintain specific quotes for suppliers and clients, addressing unique requirements.
• Oversee regular catalog updates to ensure consistent pricing accuracy and compliance.

Platform and Data Management

• Update and maintain pricing data within the platform to reflect the most current information.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to support the management of client catalogs and internal product listings.
• Review and optimize the use of pricing tools to improve quotation and catalog accuracy.

Collaboration and Communication

• Act as a liaison between sales, purchasing, and pricing teams to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
• Address discrepancies in pricing, catalog updates, or quotations in collaboration with internal teams.

Reporting and Analysis

• Generate reports on pricing performance, catalog updates, and client-specific quotations to support decision-making.
• Track and monitor the timely delivery of quotes, contributing to overall team efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Excel
• Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• A proactive approach and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in pricing, procurement, or catalog management within the IT asset management industry.
• Familiarity ERPs
