About the role 

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Account Manager to support the management of our long tail accounts across the EMEA region. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth and consistent experience for smaller-volume clients who collectively represent significant business impact.You’ll work closely with the regional team, supporting day-to-day operations, client interactions, and internal coordination to maintain account health and satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of long-tail accounts, ensuring proactive attention and timely support.
  • Follow up on orders, onboardings, renewals, and administrative processes.
  • Monitor account health metrics (health score, engagement, churn risk).
  • Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and improved client experience.
  • Serve as a fast-response contact for minor client inquiries and issues.
  • Ensure all interactions and updates are properly recorded in internal systems (e.g., HubSpot, Notion, CRM).
  • Assist in building reports and dashboards for the Account Management team.
  • Collaborate with support, logistics, and product teams to address minor escalations.

What you need to bring

  • 1–2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional European languages are a plus.
  • Comfortable working with tools like CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), Notion, and ticketing platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Customer-Centric Communicator: You listen closely, speak clearly, and can simplify complex ideas.
  • Resilient & Driven: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and don’t mind hearing “no” on the way to “yes.”
  • Familiarity with SaaS, IT, or hardware procurement industries

  • Remote / EMEA Time Zone (ideally based in Philippines)
